I am a late diagnosed autistic artist who turns depression, memory, and lived experience into colour and form. Working in a SEN school brought my past into sharp focus, watching pupils face the same dismissals I once did, while I quietly carried my own PTSD and emotional weight. In the midst of ableism and exhaustion, art became my refuge again, the place where I could reshape darkness into something honest and human.
