What art means to me

My autistic experience in a SEN school: where my past met my art.

What weighed on me most was the future. I knew the pupils I supported would one day enter a workforce that still treats autistic people as problems to manage rather than humans to understand.

Who am I?

I am an artist and advocate whose work is shaped by a life lived at the edges when growing up disabled, surviving repeated homelessness, and navigating chronic illness, dyslexia, and the prejudice that comes with all of it.
