The beach at twilight

This water colour painting was created based on my own memories of growing up by the seaside. This particular painting is depicting the soft sky and beautiful blue sea on a sandy beach. Folkestone is known for its love and celebration of art.

This piece of art was created based on my memories of growing up in Folkestone. A seaside town in Kent. A vibrant and beautifully diverse community, the indigo violet sky descending on a rough beach and crashing blue waves always made me feel calm and content. Drawing inspiration from that feeling and hoping to convey it to others.
